Our facility has a variety of storage and production tanks ranging from 550 gallon Charmat tanks to 7,000 gallon still tanks. We have state of the art equipment that enables us to create and manage products from the vineyard all the way to the bottling line.

During our years of producing a wide range of wine and other adult beverages, we have worked with a wide variety of equipment and tanks. As a result, we’ve been able to optimize our winery equipment, including a custom built, state of the art sparkling line that can produce the best bubbly beverage for you. GAI Series RE-HP: bottle rinsing and blowing, electro-pneumatic counter pressure filler (28 spouts), and closures: 4 head rotating vacuum corking, 4 head rotating crowner and 4 head rotating capping. Bottling capacities include:
- Sparkling wine: 2,000 to 3,000 bottles per hour
- Still wine: 3,000 to 5,000 bottles per hour
Norton Minerva 60: 6 head automatic wirehooding with a 3,000 wirehood magazine
Norton Prisma: 6 head automatic pleating and smoothing for sparkling wine capsules (130 mm max length), and tin foil capsules
GAI Series RO: front and back pressure sensitive label application
