Equipment & Capacities

Our facility has a variety of storage and production tanks ranging from 550 gallon Charmat tanks to 7,000 gallon still tanks. We have state of the art equipment that enables us to create and manage products from the vineyard all the way to the bottling line.

Production Capacities

Minimum Production Format: 500 gallons
Charmat Tank Formats: 3200, 1600, and 500 gallons
Bottle Formats: 187 mL to 1.5 L with a host volume and shape variations in between
Closures: cork (natural, synthetic, agglomerate, and sparkling); 26 mm crowns; and ROPP screw caps
Capsules: sparkling foils and spun capsules
Label: front and back pressure sensitive
Bottle Coding: Julian date and product code
Canning: Co-packaging with local mobile canner
Kegging: UNIKEG (maximum 7 g/L Carbon Dioxide
